  • Material flow controller:
    If one cavity is blocked the material flow will be adjusted for 3 cavities instead of four also if the PET material should jam in the system the injection process is automatically deactivated, preventing mold damage and material over-flow (problems which occur in regular injection molding equipment)
  • The operating the system is easily programmable Settings can be programmed for various molds for different preform weights. Once the settings are made, all the operator has to do is recall the settings, and start the injection process. This ease of use also means that the operator can operate the machine with just a press of a button.
  • Our equipment body is rust free .We only use quality parts. The mother board and controller boards is from Fuji Electronics, Japan. Most of the switches and mechanical relays are from Telemecanique, France
