Make the Preforms!

• Make PET preforms larger than 700 grams using a single cavity mold or 350/400 grams preforms using a triple cavity mold
• Single mold production speeds @ 700/750 grms are about 40 pieces per hour (1000 pieces per 24 hour day)
• Production speeds @ 350/400 grms are 200 pieces per hour (5000 pieces per 24 hour day)
• Our prices include the automatic injection molders and all ancilliary equipment for efficient resin processing

Blow the Bottles!

Until smaller automatic machines are perfected the semi-auto BM-5G is the most effective system for blowing 5gallon (19 liter bottles) in quantities of approx 60 b/hr

• The production of 1000 preforms daily, will keep the DL5G in production for a full 12 hour day.
• This is based on blowing the bottles at a speed of 60 bottles hourly

Ozonate, Fill, Cap the Bottles!

• For filling, we offer the Ultra System of ozone washing/filling/capping at speeds of 75 bottles hourly, or 150 bottles hourly So the rated production of 60 b/hr on the BM5G can feed the Ultra 75 on a single 8-hour shift by itself producing for 10 hours.
• In addition we can supply 720 gram preforms either from several sources including the Caribbean
